I take a couple clients a month for personal training online focused on corrective exercises and or HIIT training.  I am a licensed PT assistant. I now mainly work with client's who want long term weight loss. I use a holistic approach that works on both the body and mind so you continue to be successful after the program. Quick fixes, restrictive diets, and killing yourself at the gym are not typically long-term solutions as it doesn't address the underlying issues with weight gain. Going all in and then quitting (diet or exercise) only to revert back to old habits is not really "working."

I love watching people's confidence change and they really see what they are capable of. Teaching is very rewarding. I LOVE corrective exercises to address all the aches and pain we get from a sedentary lifestyle. I know tons of stuff that I can show you even over Zoom.

ONLINE LIVE personal training through your laptop. 30, 45, 60min sessions.

Online paperwork, wellness journal and goal review.

No in-home offered unless you are in the Mueller area or my neighborhood in Agave... suspended until further notice due to Covid.
