Friedom Fitness is unique personal training... it combines mindfulness practices such as mediation/breathing exercises with highly effective physical workout regimines, customized to each and every client we work with.
In addition to this, I always dive deep with my clients and we discover what truly is the overarching motivating factor for them to get fit. We use this unique motivator for them throughout our time working together, especially when things get tough because that's when we grow!
My clients are my family. I understand how challenging it can be to be on this journey, changing from one way of living to another, and I am here to support you. I consider myself more than just a personal trainer: I am a coach, mentor, and friend.
