What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initial communication through email or text, figuring out logistics of when and where we will train. I will either bring my gym to them, where they choose or they will come to my home gym.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in psychology, ISSA certification, Wim Hof Method certification, precision nutrition certification, cpr and aed certification.
