About
Davis Collins has been competing ever since he could place one foot in front of the other. Sports being his first true love, throughout his childhood and late teens he spent most day’s up playing baseball, football, soccer, and track and field. After high school Davis attended and earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise sports science with pre-physical therapy emphasis from Texas State University. During those years Davis shifted his focus into long Distance running/trail racing. A few years out of College Davis tried out CrossFit and immediately fell in love. Four months later and Davis got his CrossFit Level 1 Certification and started coaching at CrossFit Central shortly afterwards.
Davis has a largely varied coaching skillset, ranging from general strength building & conditioning to sports specific training, and has a special passion for sports injury prevention, maintenance, and rehabilitation. His goal in life is to give to others what fitness has given to him, life.
My passion is life is helping people achieve goals they thought impossible.
