I have been a physical education and coach for over 30 years helping young people reach their potential and have taken my experience to the adult community for the past 10 years helping hundreds of people feel and perform better.

Wonderful, inspiring trainer!! I have worked with Mike for over 5 years and have become a much healthier, balanced, stronger person than I ever was in my younger years. He has a way of bringing out the athlete in you that is not overwhelming, that makes you feel confident and shows results. He keeps the workouts fresh, challenging and makes the environment one of collaboration and teamwork. Being a member of the FIT group and working with Mike has been incredibly rewarding for me and my family and has made being healthy part of my lifestyle.
The classes have been very challenging and pushes me to a new level. I love the varieties that the classes offer and everyone has been so motivational as well as inspirational. I was intimidated at first but soon realized that everyone has the same goal, which is to get fit. I have the discipline, I just need the drive and the extra push that working out alone in front of YouTube videos couldn't give me. The entire staff is knowledgeable and professional. In addition to the classes, FIT offers a nutrition program with Mike to guide us to eat right; which has always been my biggest challenge. I woud highly recommend this program.
I absolutely love Focused Integrated Training with Mike Coleman and team! For about 8 months my workout routine was almost non-existent. I didn't make time to go to the gym or even run around the neighborhood. When I started shaking while walking down the stairs, I knew I had to make a major lifestyle change. I looked for gyms, personal trainers, and fitness groups around the Evergreen area. I called and visited a few different places but nothing impressed me.. until I found Focused Integrated Training. I wasn't looking to fully commit yet so tried out the FIT Introductory 30-Day Offer. The first class was hard -- Mike and my fellow classmates were welcoming and encouraging so I pushed myself to the fullest! The second class got easier. And by the third class, I felt my strength coming back. I went almost every day that month. Needless to say, after the 30-days were up, I couldn't stop, and now I am going at least 3 times a week, every week. I am currently in my third month and I'm feeling great! Every day is something new. I would say the best part of it all is that I'm having fun while getting fit. FIT is family.
We help each client establish appropriate goals. We then explore the best plan to help them achieve those goals.
Clients are then given and assessment that consists of health history, personal statistics such as heght, weight and body composition. We do a movement and fitness test to determine a baseline and an appropriate course of action.
Clients who need assitiance with weight management are given a 3 day diet log so that we can determine eating habits and suggest adjustments.

Personal Training - $90/60 minutes, $55/30 minutes
Group classes - $129-$279 per month based on packaage
