    Frequently asked questions

    All new clients go through the Functional Movement Screen.  This is an in depth assessment that lets us know if there are any issues with your movement patterns, flexibility or range of motion.  The Functional Movement Screen determines whether we need to address and specific issues, or even refer you out to a specialist if the issues are beyond our scope of services.

    I'm certified by the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  I'm a Level 1 Functional Movement Screening coach.  I have my Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Georgia.  I'm certified TRX sports medicine coach as well. All of our trainers are certified in Personal Training as well as First Aid and CPR.

    To work with our coaches personal training sessions start at $70 per 60 minute session.  

    We also have Small group personal training and Large Group personal training. 

    Our special $99 Jumpstart offer includes up to 12 Small group Training sessions and unlimited Large group sessions for one month.  Just for $99!

    I've been involved in sports and martial arts from a very early age.  By the time I was 15, I was instructing both kids and adults in Karate.  I continued to Teach in martial arts through college.
