The best incite on the subject of fitness, nutrition, and boxing Ive every had. Coach ED explained everything in simple terms, and the results were breathtaking. The prices are second to none in my opinion. In my past experience Ive been over charged for minimal results from so called experts. I love his approach to health, wellness, fitness, and of course boxing!

I have 15 years of boxing experience, and 4 years of boxing coaching, nutritional, and strength and conditioning experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My standard price for a private session is $20 an hour.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with amateur and professional boxers; I have trained athletes in strength and conditioning; and, I have worked with people looking to get fit.
