I believe anyone can embody the Casual Athlete philosophy, regardless of age, gender, or fitness experience. I strive to provide anyone who desires to live an active lifestyle with all the health, fitness, and rehabilitation tools they need to go out into the world with confidence. Whether you want the self-confidence to jump into a pick-up game of sports or you want the flexibility and strength to play with your grandchildren in the backyard, we believe we can get you there by keeping your focus on two things: 1. overall well-being and 2. proper form and technique.
