I love living an active life and my passion is to help others live an active, healthy life too. I know what it's like to have chronic pain and acute injuries that take you out of the game. I've also been through 3 pregnancies. The road to recovery can be arduous but I'm here to help you realign and strengthen your body through massage therapy, fitness training and nutritional counseling so that you can live your life to its fullest!
I've been a bodywork therapist for over 15 years with many certifications in deep tissue therapy and prenatal modalities. I also hold a bachelors degree in exercise science and am a certified personal trainer and pregnancy/postpartum corrective exercise specialist as well as a precision nutrition certified coach.

I combine my knowledge and experience to give my clients a completely customized program to get them back in the game feeling their best! I work within your parameters and we build from the bottom up so that you become the strongest, healthiest version of you free from pain and injury! I offer a free consultation so we may discuss your goals and develop a plan that is just right for you and your body!

I have been working with Holly for 5 years and enjoy the experience. Keeps me on target for good health and keeps me strong. Love that I can do the sessions now on Zoom. A great convenience.

Holly is super knowledgeable about how the body works. She gives exercises that work multiple groups of muscles which I feel like is a more comprehensive workout. And, she is an amazing massage therapist on top of being an excellent trainer. I've had trigger point, neuromuscular, and Thai massage with Holly. She's so intuitive, she can tell what's going on and where your aches and pains are as as soon as she starts with the bodywork. I definitely recommend her as I've been going to her for years!

How did you get started teaching?

After working in the massage profession for a few years, I realized that many of my clients who were in chronic pain not only had tightness in their body but also weak areas. I knew that if I could combine strength training for those areas with bodywork that I could effectively help my clients to get rid of their pain for good!

What types of students have you worked with?

Many of my clients have been over the age of 60. I also work with many women in their 40s and those who are pregnant or just had a baby.
