Fort Mill Fit Body Boot Camp is different. It is a group setting personal training but coaches pay so much attention to you and give you great feedback so that you can better your performance. It has a family oriented atmosphere and most of all they do a lot of giving back to the community that they served and impact.

Our clients comes from all walks of life. The demographic that we serve are busy moms and dads and busy professionals. Thus sessions only last for 30 minutes because we want them to get the best results at a very fast paced without sacrificing time away from family and other responsibilities in life.

We also have programs that cater to our Athlete kids. Our kids comes from schools such as Banks Trail Elementary, Fort Mill High and Rock Hill.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I am involved in a charity supporting kids with cancer who are into college. I felt like this is awesome to give back to with all of what they are going through.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

I would want that student to make sure and that the professional has a vast record of changing people lives ( ours for example is with health and fitness) a track record of people that actually change their fitness because of what we do.

I would want to make sure that they are certified and really know what they are talking about.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

They should ask about their expertise, how many years experience, how many people they have change in terms of fitness lifestyle.
