What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My first step with a new student is simply give them basic fundamental drills to work on. Giving them basic drills to do his helping them move and function the proper way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played college basketball at Columbia state and Tennessee Wesleyan University. I also have an educational background in exercise science.

$85/1hr session. One- on- one virtual/ in person session. Includes a customized strength training or weight loss plan with weekly review of your progress through pictures, weigh-ins, and measurements. Adjustments will be made to your program based on your progress. Basic nutrition support will be provided that includes specific calorie goals and macronutrient ratio with weekly adjustments to your plan as needed

How did you get started teaching?
I got started in college when I was doing my internship at Tennessee Wesleyan University.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with every kind of athlete you can think of. Basketball, football, baseball, hockey, golf, etc. All types of athletic sports. I also work with students who are trying to lose/gain weight.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event is when a few of my partners and I opened up our new facility to new clients. I am grateful to be in a position to help impact lives in our community.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advice to students is to find someone who genuinely care about your health. A teacher should be there to help motivate you through you journey and not let you settle for mediocrity.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should think to themselves. "Am I really serious about my health."
"Will I be coachable and accept everything that comes with the process"
