    Such a great experience with Trae. I was at the point where I needed motivation and accountability and thats exactly what I got. He broke it down very simple on what you need you need to do, when you need to do it, and how you need to do it to achieve your goals. He took the time to listen to my goals and tailored the workout to my needs and schedule. The meal prep plan was also very good. I would say that this was the most important for me. With his plan, I was able to create a level of consistency that I havent had in a long time and the results showed it. Every week I lost weight and I improved in my weight training. I also love the periodic check ins and availability whenever I have any questions. Highly recommend as a trainer.

    I get to know them and their goals first through an Transformation Session. If they are a good fit, I can then come up with a program that will help to reach their goals most effectively. 

    I'm AFAA Certified PFT in services of 1on1 and Buddy/Group fitness training/coaching as well as Nutrition Coaching. Also  I offer workout program/design and meal plans.

    Everyone is different with different goals and situations. Some people needs a little bit of guidance while others may need more support and accountability from me that I offer. 

    So from our initial meet I’ll come up with a program that's tailored to my client's goals, situation, and needs to meet their goals most

    effectively along with what their fit investment will cost after what I discover during the Transformation Session. 

    My father who recently passed from cancer, was a bit of an bodybuilder. I took after him when he joined me at a gym. I have been working out for 10 years prior to training and I grew a great love and passion for fitness, where I want to spread that same passion to help others achieve their goals. It's something I constantly talk about, love doing myself, a fun environment to meet and work with different people.

    I work with those who are looking for weight/fatloss, toning, bodybuilding, strength gains, body transformation, stamina/endurance and more.

    I had a client whose goal is to have a particular build for a beauty pageant. She was unsure at first about what she actually wanted but after sometime and training we keyed on an ideal look. It took around 6 months and she went on to win 2 of her pageants qualifying for the biggest one she really wants to win!

    Look for a trainer or fit coach that will cater to your needs rather than an one size fits all approach. Make sure that trainer fully understand what you want and has a clear direction to help you get there
